Heel tips can occasionally separate from shoes with normal wear and should be replaced promptly to prevent damage to the heel. An experienced cobbler can remedy this and we recommend replacing both heel caps. We are happy to provide a free repair with a reasonable time period after an assessment by customer care team or a store manager.
